We are maintaining a low profile. Fortunately, I discovered a Pilates studio conveniently located across the street. I participated in a private session to assess my suitability for their classes and performed adequately. I plan to join a class this morning. Having only engaged in walking recently, I am already experiencing some soreness. I am pleased to have found this studio, as it will provide me with constructive activities, especially once Jim departs.

The weekend market


The market is next to the soccer field. Beautiful produce, flowers, food, clothing, jewelry. To the left of this area, apartments are inhabited and seem to be falling apart. Such a contrast to the wealth. A woman mentioned that we will see the real Africa when we go on our safari.
